Couldn’t ask for much more IMHO. Our stars have yet to shine. And our best half is coming yet. 1st team to 75 wins. GO BADGERS GO!!!!!!!!!!

The no National Championship ever in football or basketball lives on.April 6, 2014 at 5:22 am #1402076They let the wrong person take the final shot. After missing the final shot in the 1st half, he missed a 3 late in the 2nd period. He then fumbled the ball out of bounds, missed a 3 foot jumper and the 2 out of 3 free throws were not clean. Bo needs to realize when a player is not on. Still a great season.

National championships[edit]
To date, the University of Wisconsin–Madison has won 28 NCAA national championships:
Boxing: 1939, 1942, 1943, 1947, 1948, 1952, 1954, 1956
Men’s basketball: 1941
Men’s cross country: 1982, 1985, 1988, 2005, 2011
Women’s cross country: 1984, 1985
Men’s ice hockey: 1973, 1977, 1981, 1983, 1990, 2006
Women’s ice hockey: 2006, 2007, 2009, 2011
Men’s indoor track & field: 2007
Men’s soccer: 1995April 6, 2014 at 6:57 am #1402088Bronson Koenig took the final shot at the end of the 1st half, not Jackson. Jackson was the only guy really open at the buzzer anyway.

Could not agree more! What, no design plays for Brust? Travon has drained that game winning shot before an I believe Bo was thinking the same thing. Oh well, great season regardless and a good feeling knowing that Bo and the Badgers are always going to be a team that no one wants to play.
April 6, 2014 at 7:17 am #1402091Congrats on a nice run
Hopefully the Gophs are on the right track. It was very fun to watch their final four run during the Clem era.alphabassPosts: 48alphabassPosts: 48April 6, 2014 at 8:05 am #1402105Apparently Barrero is gloating on kfan right noe about how an all white team made final four.
April 6, 2014 at 8:23 am #14021093″ higher up on the glass that shot goes in. No prob with who took it. Just wasn’t meant to be

And you have a problem with that, WHY?? Maybe your team can make it out of the wanna-b tourny into the big boy tourny next year.
April 6, 2014 at 9:30 am #1402116And, just what has skin color have to do with it anyway. If you’re good enough to play, you should play. Regardless of skin color. “Just some cheapshot talking head (Barrero) trying to make the news, rather than report it”
April 6, 2014 at 9:39 am #1402117You got it ,it doesn’t matter what skin color. Kudo’s to the Badgers.
April 6, 2014 at 9:54 am #1402118Quite honestly, I wanted the Badgers to win… it would have been good for the BIG 10. And yes, I am proud that the Gophers won the NIT (not in tournament ) I think Pitino has the program back on track, so they can dance again in the future. Meanwhile it was fun to watch them win out the season
PB2Posts: 329April 6, 2014 at 10:41 am #1402125Wisconsin had a good year. They were expected to do good. The gophers weren’t expected to do much at all. Both teams exceeded expectations IMO. Just glad the badgers didn’t win cause people in WISC already have big enough heads with the packrats.
