Question for anyone. I have a 12V piece of equipment that plugs into a cigarette lighter. I would like to plug it into a wall outlet, do they make an adpater that can convert it? Help please

Yup, they sure do. Got to a Radio Shack or similar and tell them what you need and they’ll set you up. They’re VERY handy little buggers.

The one I have from Radio Shack is a 12 volt – 1 amp power supply.

In some cases it is not enough amps to run some things, I tried once to run my portable compressor on a radio shack, plugin, and I could only get 35#’s then it drew too many amps and wouldn’t pump anymore. But for most aplications it works fine.
