Looking for something to do with the wife and the 20 month old boy. We were looking at the Como Zoo, but I’m not sure how good it will be with the colder temps. We thought about underwater world, but I was there years ago and didn’t care for it. Does anyone know if they have changed underwater world in the last 5 years? Any info would be great! Thanks.

FWIW…Cabelas fish tanks are just as exciting for a toddler.

I really like this idea! I’m thinking it will be cheaper for me to go to underwater world.

Take into account mileage, admission, parking etc…… That’s a savings of half a dozen cranks or more. Just lookin out for ya!

As fun as it would be for dad, I think the kid might enjoy underwater world a bit more.
They have those indoor playgrounds scattered about. My kids love those.

I’d do Como. There is a lot of indoor stuff. We did Underwater World a few weeks ago, and it’s nothing special. A do the Cabelas tanks are alright, too.

Well we ended up doing both the Sea life aquarium and then we stopped at Cabela’s on the way home. Im glad we did both. He really enjoyed the sharks and all of the other sea animals swimming above him. He also really enjoyed all the animals on display at Cabela’s. Thanks for the ideas! It turned out to be a great day together with the family!
