Sounds like it’s been found in the Indian Ocean.

Floating debris? or the actual crash. That crap will have floated a long ways in two weeks with the wind & currents down there.
March 24, 2014 at 7:55 am #1398724PM says it crashed west of Perth in Southern Indian ocean. I am assuming this conclusion has been drawn from what has been found over the weekend and previously. It’s now just a matter of pinpointing it.
I guess we can take off the tinfoil hats now.
March 24, 2014 at 7:57 am #1398726Waiting on confirmation of debris, but they believe it crashed into the southern I.O. This is according to the AP.
March 24, 2014 at 8:04 am #1398729This morning on Today the PM never mentioned that it was confirmed wreckage from 370. Chinese satellites show stuff floating but they haven’t actually found it yet. That may have changed in the last couple of hours.

“It is therefore with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you that, according to this new data, flight MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean.”
March 24, 2014 at 8:50 am #1398748This just pi$$es me off that these planes have a tracking system that can be turned off so easily. Why can’t they throw a tracker in the tail that can’t be disabled while in the air? The system wouldn’t need to be watched constantly, but rewound and played back in situations such as this. Saving millions (maybe even billions) in tax dollars and possibly saving lives by being able to get rescuers to the search area quicker.
March 24, 2014 at 9:09 am #1398758So they still do not have any evidence, other than a chinese satellite picture? Didn’t they have a chinese satellite image of the plane at the start? How reliable was that one?
March 24, 2014 at 9:13 am #1398759Yeah its a weird deal. They have to know something that has not been released yet.
PB2Posts: 329March 24, 2014 at 9:20 am #1398761they haven’t found anything they do have a good idea where it went down

March 24, 2014 at 9:24 am #1398764At least we know it isn’t under camouflage on some remote tarmac.
March 24, 2014 at 9:43 am #1398778So far, nothing has been definitively linked to Flight 370. No wreckage has yet to be recovered.
So I don’t see how they have declared this mystery solved?March 24, 2014 at 9:50 am #1398781Quote:

Political.
Has anyone checked to see what bill they sneaked through while the news was covering the missing plane? Happens every time…
March 24, 2014 at 10:23 am #1398796I’d assume if they let the families know this info privately, then there is a high probability.
I know, I shouldn’t assume anything when it comes to governments.

Basically CNN reported on Flight 370 the entire weekend. I’m pretty sure authorities are confident they found a floating pallet. Didn’t sound like there was much else.March 24, 2014 at 11:02 am #1398818Quote:

It was reported on the news that a mass text was sent out to families. Are you feeling the love?
March 24, 2014 at 12:06 pm #1398844Im withholding judgement until solid proof shows up. CNN and AP have shown their colors and I do not believe anything from either at this point. If the plan was to simply fly the plane into a remote locale of the Indian Ocean then there would have been no need for all of the disabling of tracking devices. If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck……..my gut says this plane is on a tarmac in Iran awaiting departure to its final destination somewhere over Israel.
As to another comment regarding bills passed while you were sleeping……US just turned over internet watchdog authority to the United Nations. Thats right – the same one world authority that wants centralized world currency, military, religion, and has consistently pushed for arms regulation votes that would supercede US constitution and sovereignty of the 2nd ammendment…….nothing to see over here……keep watching for the whereabouts of flight 370 folks.
March 24, 2014 at 12:21 pm #1398850I doubt Iran. Israel would already know about it and there would be a large hole where Iran used to be. Nice thing about Israel, they don’t have any limp wrists running their country or military.

They kept on the story without providing any new information. Basically there was no other news “fire” they could run to at the moment. How ’bout those poor folks under the mud in Washington? Helluva way to go…

They turned over the who controls domain names and IP addresses. My only concern is if the cost to own a domain name goes up exponentially, making it cost preventative for private citizens and start ups to buy a domain name.
Part of the reason I am not concerned is I haven’t gotten a bunch of email on it like Net Neutrality or internet taxes.

March 24, 2014 at 1:35 pm #1398875I suppose. I mean is still has not been proven that big foot doesn’t exist.
March 24, 2014 at 4:50 pm #1398927I even heard that the Malaysian government might have had it out for the pilot, in between the lines the talk is he wasn’t one of their favorites, for what reason I don’t know. Why the flight simulator in his home? was he teaching someone to fly the Malaysian gov. might not have liked.
March 24, 2014 at 5:57 pm #1398950I don’t know. I program on a computer, why do I need one at home?
