On January 2, 2014, 8 year old, Maggie was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive, form of pediatric brain cancer. Maggie immediately began 6 weeks of radiation therapy at Mayo Rochester to help shrink the tumor. Surgery and chemotherapy are not options with this type of cancer. Maggie is the daughter of Colby and Heather (Reynolds) Brown of Ellsworth, WI (both formerly of Hastings MN) and has 2 older brothers and a younger sister. This benefit is a chance to raise money for medical bills and further care for Maggie and her family.
I have rallied some troops and we are having a benefit for Maggie’s family. Please mark your calendar’s and be sure to attend. So far fishing wise to be silent auctioned off I have a guided fishing trip from BK’s Trophy Catfishing Adventures, A weekend cabin stay including a 6hr fishing trip on Lake Mille Lacs, A trophy guided fishing trip from Ray’s Guide and Tour out of Rush City MN, a tackle box full of goodies and many other non-fishing related items to be auctioned and raffled off.
