    Hey folks, I’m down in Winona and the river has been going up slowly with ice starting to chunk off and make it’s way down. I’ve heard rumors of Pool 8 opening up and Pool 4 starting to open up a bit. Anyone got anything to confirm here or any isights?

    Check up by dam at Winona. At 7 this morning there was just one piece of ice by landing and it was moving down stream. Going to try there in morning and if not Alma is open
