I was seriously hoping this surgery on my back would relieve some of my back pain. My back pain has gotten worse since my surgery.

My knee is still not ready to go for fishing.

I see a lawn chair at the dam in Gays Mills in my future if my back doesn’t heal better.

I hope some more time heals up your back. I really enjoy your photos. I also have suffered some health set backs and no longer do the long hikes and fish easier spots and boat fish more. Still don’t like it but I won’t give up fishing and hunting and I hope you don’t either. Get better.

Same boat as you LEN.I have bad knees and have been on a diet since the New year(lost 40 pounds)and work out on a rowing machine every day.I feel a lot better knees do not hurt as much but if I walk more than 50 ft my back goes into a bad cramp and I have to stop and sit or bend at the waist for awhile to get the pain to subside enough to move again.Only hurts when I walk. The rowing machine stretchs my muscles good so I do not understand what is going with the back.I am 62 years old and still trying but gets harder each year.
