Gonna be on vacation here in a couple weeks and trying to find a boat tour/dolphin cruise in the area to take the family on. anyone have any referals or suggestions. also anyone ever fished off the bob hall pier may try that too.
My in-laws used to winter in Port Isabelle, just before you cross the bridge to So. Padre. The dolphin watching tours are all pretty much the same and go to the same spot. If want some really fun fishing hire a guide to take you out for Redfish and Speckled Trout in the Laguna Madre. Redfish are a blast to catch and there are many species to be caught out there. We did a deep sea charter one year and was pretty disappointed. We couldn’t even feel the small red snappers we were catching due to the pool cue rods and massive weights we used.
Go after the Redfish!
