Looking for some help. I’m moving from MN to the Omaha area this month and my parents managed to ram my 2012 Merc 115 4/s into something in the garage and put a big gouge in my top cowl. Any recommendations for getting it repaired? I refuse to leave it as is and this is beyond touch-up paint work. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Any body shop can fix you up. Lots of cars with fiberglass in them so their are many auto body techs that do glass work.

I’d contact the guys at the Tracker Boat Center at Bass Pro. They are one of the only Mercury dealers around the area that are certified for all Mercury motors. They don’t do body work but I bet they would certainely be able to recommend a good place to go.

Next question, what should my dad’s punishment be for scarring up my prized possession?

He could pay for the repair and all of the boat gas for the up coming season.

I’d give him a big hug and thank him for storing my boat?
