Just curious if anybody else here has used or received packages from Dunham Express?

I’ve had 2-packages being delivered, one to me & one sent to my mom by them that had to be re-shipped as they were mis-delivered.

Granted we’ve had some crazy weather, but 2-package that I’ve ordered online and apparently went to someone else.

1st to me actually showed a signature, date & time, but neither my wife or I were home at the apparent time it was delivered. Was not our signature either.

2nd to my mom, just has not got there, even after over 2-weeks. Tracking shows Weather delay, Nobody at business/location (this is a home, date and time was when I was on the phone with my mom on her home phone), truck breakdown, weather delay and then nothing. But, each day I view it, previous day’s tracking note disappears.

    Reshipped package came via UPS.

I contacted the vendor and explained situation and sent documents showing various reasons, they are now in talks and investigating what the story is.

Now, just curious as to others experience with them, if any?

funny….. i work for a fork lift company here in town and i will say this, they are very reckless with there equipment. they had two forklifts fall off docks or come out of the back of the trailer just last week… they dont seem to care about policies and procedures i guess (like safety)…. they seem pretty reckless in that area atleast!!!

Never heard of them. I tend to stick with well known carriers for obvious reasons. Tough spot when your not the decision maker on incoming shipments.

    Googled and check the BBB.

    They are

“THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED”
    Dunham Express Corporation

The BBB is just another scam. To be “accredited” you need to pay a yearly fee. And if somebody has a dispute you just pay more money to get it cleared. Many businesses don’t/shouldn’t fall for their schemes. The BBB is the last place I would go for a true representation of a business.

    Funny,
Just got a message from my mom,
The first ordered package showed up today. Was guaranteed by the 19th. but then a replacement was shipped on the 20th and arrived yesterday.

Likely if its been sitting a truck the last few night some of the products are damaged as it was liquid dish soap.

AMWAY told me when I called about order first time, that she can keep the first order if it shows up. Well, Mom will have Laundry detergent for close to a year, now has 2-10# boxes.

I still won’t have them delivering any further orders.

PS: Mom said they were driving a Rental Box Truck

    Exactly.

I had one of their reps call me wanting me to join. When I declined he mentioned they had a complaint lodged against us. I laughed and said “cool, wonder why they would contact you?” He replied because we “are the BBB.” At which point I suggested a career change because the BBB is about as relevant today as pay phones.

No end to the people trying to get their hands on your money for doing nothing.
