Unpainted Shad raps

    So i am looking to get into painting some of my own crankbaits, and was wondering if anyone has had success in finding a good unpainted shad body that is identical to the Rapala body?

    Has anyone tried to call rapala and ask if they sell unpainted bodies?

    You can paint over any lure you want.

    The raps have a patented design so you won’t find anything identical. Lots of other places to look for unpainted bodies…Netcraft, Barlows to start.

    hendo dont mess with the off brand stuff most are junk unless your using them for practice painting I have had real good luck using fusion paint for undercoating
