Have anyone of you guys experience bad customer service in regards to your MarCum?
I called 10xs no answer n no call back, finally i rmail them then they responded. One guy told me 4/5 days turn around n one guy said 5/7 days. So when the day came i called to make sure that they actually had checked on my lx7 n they did but he was rude on the phone with me. He even cut me off. They knew i needed my lx7 for the weekend but told me they will send it to get here Thursday but failed. I never experience bad customer like this… just a lil frustrated and venting…
