Stay off the roads. Dodge cty 15 has many long stretches with impassable drifts. Allow the snow plow operators clear roads to get it cleared.

It appears that this storm has paralyized this area, nothing is running, driveway is blocked. No traffic on the streets.
Bus station in Mason City is closed, I 35 must be closed as no busses runningl. 
I wish more people would have followed your advice. I work for Dodge County and a good portion of the day was spent trying to get around people stuck in the road.
