    I got to fish in 52′ degree weather in the Skeeter out on the Missouri River two days ago. The bite was slow but I can’t tell you how much that day in the sun did for my spirits.

    40 degrees did a lot for my spirits yesterday! I was wired all evening. It just makes me think how bad this winter has beaten me down.

    Even with the forecast for tomorrow I washed both vehicles out in the driveway yesterday just to be able to spend some time outdoors and in the sun. It sure felt great.
