Do fish crib’s really work?

    In Minnesota it is illegal to place them in lakes or rivers. The DNR prohibits them.

    The best cribbing is what Mother Nature provides. I’ve help her out a couple times using the boat and some rope. The best cribbing I have seen that has been placed in a lake has been a well designed spread of old Christmas trees. Granted, the Xmas tree thing likes to rot away in a couple years but the fix is cheap and comes along once every year.
