    The Fargo Forum just posted a story about 40 DNR Officers taking part in a sting. It will be interesting to see what the offenders were up too.

    That last line leads me to think some local guides were involved. Not a good marketing scheme.

    That’s what I think too…. this wording also.

    The investigation included activities of fishing guides and also involved illegal bear guiding activity, the statement said.
