I am pleased to announce that the Frontenac Sportsman’s Club will be handing back over the Lake Pepin Open to the original founders – The Walleye Searchers of Minnesota effective today. The 2014 tournament dates are set for April 26th and 27th and updates will be found on the Walleye Tournament Forum of the IDO Site. It has been a great ride over the last 10 years running the Lake Pepin Open – but family is always first and its time to give the tournament back to the Walleye Searchers, whom will bring some great new ideas to the LPO. Jeremy Reese of Lake City will lead the charge for the Walleye Searchers and will be getting info out soon.
Thanks again for all the great memories and I hope to be able to finally participate with my boys in the LPO again!
