    My 17 year old Nephew is having surgery tomorrow for Osteosarcoma in his knee. They hope to just take the knee joint and replace it with a prosthesis. If they find any high grade tumor or they can’t get the blood supply to work they will have to take his leg above the knee. This is the same type of cancer Zach Sobiech had. So far it has not spread beyond his knee. So please keep him in your prayers. Thanks, Chirp

    Just got word they are closing his knee up. Been a very long day. Went into the OR AT 7:45 this morning and just finishing up at about 5:00pm. Good news for now they were able to save his leg. Replaced the knee with a prosthesis and the vessel involved was repaired. Keep him in your prayers. Thanks everyone, Chirp
