    Depends. If the end result is selling seats and building a team you need to take a serious run at Gruden or someone like that.

    If the end result is to get through the next 5 years milking the new stadium hire one of the hot coordinators.

    If the end result is to hire someone less qualified then Spelman hire Tim Brewster.

    I would like to see Gruden as well, but he has a pretty good gig now. However if coaching is his passion I would think he’d want to get back in it.
    Is it his brother that’s being mentioned as well?

    His brother is the offensive coordinator at Cincinnati, I haven’t heard his name.

    Gruden said last week in an interview with a Twin Cities reporter that he wasn’t interested in any open NFL coaching positions.
