Not that this helps, but I’m in the same boat. I paid for 2 ice rods via paypal on the 10th and haven’t gotten them either. Different party involved in my case.

I think you take it up with paypal.

I’m assuming you guys have tried to contact the selling parties.

Have they ever responded to your payment?

Hey Greg, I purchased 2 custom rods and a shimano sedona from “cranky_troller” a few months ago with a similar experience. I did get most of what I paid for, but some of it was not as advertised.

He claimed he would make the situation right but hasn’t yet and doesn’t respond to PMs very often anymore either. The last message I got form him claimed he suffered a nasty house fire, and that is why he is screwing us over. That may be true or that may be complete BS, I have no idea.

Either way, please do not Ban him from the site any time soon… this is my only line of communication with him.

Had a similar situation with some jigheads I ordered back in October. Payment with Paypal went through but no jigheads. Contacted seller she said they were out of business but would make it right but still no payment.

I know you are kinder than that… but make believe is sometimes funner than the truth.

I like to think of BK as the Jerry Springer of the fishing world. Always trying to bring the real issues to the forefront…
