Mushrooms and “Feeling Good”

    This maybe the wrong forum…but I’ll take my chances.

    Found some mushrooms in the back yard this morning. Not sure what kind they were, but very tasty. I figured I would take some snapshots of my back yard friends….

    Sorry Putz…all gone…but I heard that if you don’t get all the lye out of the cod…. You’ll feel like this guy…..

    I agree with that about the 70’s.

    As far as the cod goes, we would store them outside in a wooden crate so that whenever a dog came by and lifted his leg it would neutrilize the lye. That was necessary because you never saw such a sight as a bunch of norwiegens high on bad lute. Lefse flying everywhere.

    Hey how about these shroons….look close…they are wood ! Just a little something I do in the winter to keep from going crazy…er !
