I can’t believe the Pack was able to come back after the pathetic first half. Granted, Dallas doesn’t have the best defense. Great win for GB. Sure hope Rogers is able to get back on the field next weekend.

Yup, I was guilty of writing it off after the first half. I figured I would start watching the second half and then get some stuff done around the house. That didn’t happen! It was an awesome second half to watch right to the very end!
December 15, 2013 at 7:18 pm #1371586For us few Cowboy fans around here, all we can hope for is the Jerry sells the franchise so things can get turned around in about 20 years!

Not sure why Dallas wasn’t trying to run out the clock with two and a half minutes left, that pick killed em’
December 15, 2013 at 8:06 pm #1371601Yep
The only thing they did right was to run the ball but they decided they had a better plan later in the game
Jerry needs to fire all personnel including his kid and himselfHe needs to sell the franchise and let someone else turn it around

December 15, 2013 at 10:03 pm #1371622Now all we need is a little help from Detroit and what a perfect end to a season it would be if Chicago and Green Bay would be playing for the division on the last day of the season. With Green Bay winning, of course.
bigpikePosts: 6259December 16, 2013 at 6:00 am #1371651After watching the Packer’s play in the first half I was just hoping for a respectable showing in the 2nd half. I never, ever expected them to win that game at half time. Truth is I was watching the game with family from a hospital room, I would of shut the game off before the end of the first half it was that pathetic – if I had a choice. Instead we watched Lacy rip off that 60 yard run on the first play of the 2nd half and we were off to the races on what was the most exciting game and finish I have seen from the Packers in two years. What a game
PS The Cowboys coaching staff is dumb, the Packers couldn’t stop a running nose yet they had to keep passing
December 16, 2013 at 7:38 am #1371668Romo checks off a run play and throws a Christmas present pick…….what a good Santa. Things are going to be very interesting from here on out with Rogers coming back
December 16, 2013 at 1:20 pm #1371779Way to go Pack. There is just something I love about watching “America’s Team” get beat. By anyone. Good job to the Pack for making them pay for sloppy play and bad coaching.
Given Dallas’ dubious “defense” (and I use the term loosly), it didn’t surprise me that much that they left the door open and the Pack finally found a way to walk in.
But let’s keep it real. Curb your enthusiasm when it comes to any thoughts of any North team getting deep into the playoffs. Even the blind squirrel gets a nut, but I wouldn’t be making any Superbowl road-trip plans just yet.

Agreed. One the other hand don’t you agree that the Packers WITH Rodgers are one of the underdogs that could be competitive?December 16, 2013 at 7:23 pm #1371872Quote:

2010-11 The pack were on life support barely squeaking in, got hot and won the whole thing. This emotional comeback and knowing their leader will be back next week could again make them a team that no one wants to play

I hope your right Jeff. I’m not convinced Rogers will be cleared this week.

Anything could happen. With that said, they’re going to have to get past some teams that are a dang bit better than Dallass.

December 16, 2013 at 10:27 pm #1371907Listen to you all assume he’s going to be effective after his very long hiatus…cute!
bigpikePosts: 6259December 17, 2013 at 5:33 am #1371921Well from all reports he has looked very good in practice the last two weeks , he was not very happy about being forced to sit last week so that would make it seem he thought he was ready. Now Cobb is practicing so maybe by week 17 we get him back. Meaning full football in December that’s all this fan can ask for. It sure would be fun to have the opportunity to give da Bears a little payback in there stadium again. Maybe Raji can score us a touchdown again

I know. Rodgers is good but he’s no Matt Cassel. I don’t think he could put 48 points on the board against one of the hottest teams in the NFL…
