I want to purchase either a Lowrance Endura or a Delorme PN-60 for Christmas. The reason being is I can use my Navionics map chip in these units and won’t have to purchase another chip like with Garmin. What are your pros and cons on these units? Thanks ahead of time. RH
I don’t know how well other units do on battery life but my endure will go about 10 minutes before it dies. The last time I used it on Mille Lacs I put brand new batteries in it at appledoorns and it was dead by the time I made it to big point. Its super annoying
turn off the back lite on screen when not needed, this has helped with my lowrance H20 hand held hope this helps
