It’s that time of year again when everyone is Thankful for what they have and the people they know.

Every year the peacefulness of Thanksgiving is interrupted by the disagreement of whether to have cranberry jelly or sauce. This year, we’re going to take it out of our family’s hands.

On Wednesday at 6:00 pm you folks will decide our fate for Thursdays Dinner!

The only options are Jelly or Sauce.

    Thanks all!

In my family, we have both on the table. Unfortunately for me, in my wife’s family, a lot of times it’s not a part of dinner at all. Same thing with the gizzard and heart from the bird, they throw it away. I had to call and beg my wife’s aunt to save them this year.

My wife makes a righteous sauce. Then again my wife makes a righteous Thanksgiving dinner, from top to bottom.

Sauce. It’s not even close nor is Jellied a option.

Time to pull the man pants on Brian. Lay down the law, if you can do Spam you can do sauce.

Why would any want cranberry jello when you could have the real thing, with real cranberries? I prefer to chew my food, not slurp and swallow!

Do the cranberry relish Brian. Grind 1 whole large orange, 2 apples, a bag of cranberries in a meat grinder. Leave the skins on the orange and add 1.5 – 2 cups of sugar.Yummy for the tummy. It gets better in time so make it a few days ahead.

What a horrid creation either of those are. Ish. Might as well just slurp down that fat that congeals after you put a cooked ham in the fridge.
