Do I really have to spell it out? Random unprovoked, as in I was picturing, like in the other cases, thugs going out and searching for people to sucker punch. I don’t see anything in the story that says they were out looking for a victim.
And it doesn’t change how I feel.

Just read will try to post article that that the perp was shot and hospitalized then was arrested for assault with intent bodily harm the victim was not charged

Well the story says they stopped because someone hit their car. There is nothing in the article that says they were looking for a victim. You shouldn’t assume, because you know what that makes, except me. 
This will continue as long as we have victims like the one I am quoting below. These words are from a young lady who got punched riding her bike.
