    Nope had a hold of the dock. Was checking to see if the boat was going to be able to launch this week or if I was going to give it up and put away for the winter. I’ll check back tomorrow afternoon

    The ice I was on yesterday in Freeborn county held me. Probably could have grabbed the hand auger and a bucket but I’m not that stupid anymore.

    I found pictures on Facebook of “lake ice” 1.5″ thick in Goodhue County. One of the local watershed ponds. I may have to try it out……without getting wet! But not tomorrow when it turns 50 degrees. Although two years ago….and some last year, we got sunburnt fishing on the Mississippi when it got up to 50!
