Any car dealers/experts out there? I’m looking to lease a vehicle that can tow at least 3500 pounds. Budget is $1000 down and approx $275-300/mo at 12k miles/year. Anyone know of any current deals?

If you have decent credit, you should have no problems finding a vehicle that will fit the bill and then some. Competition is your friend right now and most manufacturers are offering great lease deals.

I might add that you usually get the best deals very close to the end of any given month ( especially the last day) Dealers are trying to hit their sales numbers.

Don’t know where you live but Brenengen by La Crosse was offering sign and drive on their leases. No money down on Silverados.

So, You basically want to rent a vehicle you can’t afford and throw your money away and end up with nothing in the end except for a few short trips of enjoyment now rather than saving up to buy a good vehicle?

See link for explanation of vehicle Lease by Dave: Vehcile lease vs purchase link

Sorry for the RANT, but why throw your money away ?

Secondly, Make sure you read the READ carefully:
A friend a few years back Leased a F150 specifically for towing his pop-up camper. Two-weeks after he leased the truck he took it in to have a receiver mounted on it.
Dealer said NO-WAY, read your LEASE. His LEASE specifically stated TOWING was PROHIBITED by the LEASE.

Troy was screwed for 3-years paying for a truck he couldn’t tow his small pop-up with.

My suggestion would be purchasing something you can afford and easily pay off. Not paying Interest or Lease Payments will give you longer term peace of mind.
