Fish Clicker

Does anyone know where I can pick up a fish clicker to keep a count on my numbers. I’m looking in the metro area. I bought a Rapala one at Cabelas this spring, but right out of the package it didn’t work and the long haul back to Rogers was too far for me to exchange a 3.99 fish counter. Looking to get one before the ice season, live in the southeastern-ish metro.

Try in the fitness section of any sporting good store, golf section too. All the same thing really, no need to buy a “fish counter”.

Give Rapala customer service a call in the AM and I bet they mail you out a new one without you having to drive anywhere. 952-933-7060

I had the same thing happen to me last yr…I bought 2 of them and 1 didn’t work right out of the box and the other is still going strong after 1 1/2 yrs now.

I should have taken James’ advice and called Rapala right away with the one that didn’t work.

I bought mine at Fleet Farm this spring, you could check there. I agree with James, call Rapala and see what they say.

I would think Joes Sporting goods would have some. Or local hardware store.

D I c k s Sporting Goods or similar. Even Target sometimes. Same device umpires use.

I bought them for several of my buddies years ago and I can tell you first hand those that love to exaggerate, HATE clickers.

Is there one for missing deer? If so, my buddy could use it…We’re having a hard time keeping track. Luckily he makes clean misses.

Are you guys catching that many fish?
I can usually count my catch/keepers with one hand.

I’ve got one ready to go for white bass next year. Keeping track when you are well over 150 each in a day can be tough…
