    Time to head down to the pool 2 fishing contest and get together. Looks like the weather is going to treat us nice today. We launch at Lions Levee at 8am. Sign up a head of that. Back at the park at 2pm. Pol luck gathering for the next couple of hours after that. If you are looking for something to do today stop on by. Its always good to put some faces to the names we see on the site.

    Dean, Tony and I will be there rain or shine. None of us have fished pool 2 since last year’s event so we’re excited to get back out there and test the waters with a great group of guys.

    Leave a few for us!

    Come on nobody’s live tweeting this? I’m in Israel right now so it’s a trip of a lifetime but I missed last year too so there’s a small part of me wishing I was on the river.

    Saw everyone take off. I was jealous that I wasn’t in the tourney. I had to do a few things today with the FW. I hope everyone did awesome. Post some pics and results when you get them. Everyone looked excited and weather was great for fishing.

    Thanks to everyone that showed up today. Another great event. Ill put up complete results later tonight or in the morning. 110″ took 1st place. 103 took third. 26.75″ took big fish.

    Ill get better results up later. Been a long fun day.
