Some of you were interested in the out come of my case. Here are the details. I am a rebel. I was caught with water in my livewell out of the lake. Honest mistake, I just plain forgot about the water in my well – $240 later. I was prepared to go jury trial just out of principal. The lady threw the fine out and I will have to pay court cost, which was happening in any case regardless of the out come. She could not tell me what that amount was but I will assume it will be less than half the fine. Lesson learned, if you use your livewell don’t forget to pull the plug…..

Is it going to show up on your record?

The next time a CO pulls you over and there’s a drop of water in your boat, he’ll look at your record and write the ticket. You of all people should know better. You’ve been found guilty once already.

PS I’m going to have unfriend you now.

You should’ve hired Oj’s defense team.

With fine thrown out it seems like you won?

BTW were you pulling your boat with a white Bronco?

Always plead not guilty…. the courts are so back up most petty crimes get dimissed.

Maybe you can get your record cleared if you shoot Bald Eagles that have been caught moving firewood that may contain Emerald Ash Borers or for transporting live fish…
