Looked everywhere and called all over for some rubber to put on the bow by the trolling motor and also at the back of the boat on each side to keep from slipping off. Prefer the coin pattern or the diamond pattern. No one seems to carry it any more. Those that do, charge by the square inch and want an arm and a leg. What are you guys using?

Call John from Backtroller Boats. He should have what your looking for. I think his product is called “Aquatraction”.

That would work if it were big enough. Would rather have round buttons or diamonds though.

If you know any roofers in the area that put down EPDM (rubber) roofing they should have some walkway pads, 30″x30″ in size, might be a bit thick for you but would work in a pinch. I’d think a farm supply place should have something similar too, but they may only have it in the thick cattle mat style (1/2″+ thick).

I bought the diamond shaped rubber at Cabelas a couple years ago. It came in a sheet around 24″x30″ I think it was $30.00. I was in the marine dept.
