Hey Everyone…
A friend of mine is thinking about getting into this tourney. How is the walleye bite out on LOTW in October? Fish still hanging deep? Or running shallow?
Anyone fish this tourney? I guess any tips/info would be really helpful! Thinking I might join him.

it all depends on water temp and water clarity 
if the cool weather stay with us things may pregress to a shallow water bite sooner.
There is already a good sized school close to the gap so fishing should just keep getting better near the river.
Fish are showing up all over. When the gulls are on the river the shiners are in and so are the eyes. Most of the eyes never go into the river so there are opportunities all over the lake.
