I’ll be spending all day Tues there while my wife attends a conference at the Americinn…

Any suggestions Guys??? “Man” places to go…sports/fishing stores? Not any room in her Ford Escape for rods or I’d look for an empty seat…

It’s a heck of a place to call home! Your best bet is to start off down at the In Towne Marina on Lake Waconia, have some coffee and shoot the breeze. Then head on over to Cabin Fever in Victoria, great little sporting goods shop, only a few miles to the east.

I second Cabin Fever in Victoria, small place, but usually a few guys standing around swapping stories. Suprisingly have alot of gear to look at as well. – QB

Tom I get off work at 3PM or maybe earlier, we could always try Pool 2.

Go have a beer on the deck at Lola’s down on the lake. Head to Cabin Fever in Victoria, and stop by Fleet Farm in Carver. Sounds like a good day to me. I can’t get out on Tuesday otherwise i would offer up a seat to ya.

If you love the woods and flowers…or have other family members aboard… U of M Arboretum not a bad bet. Should be lots of sweet apples ready in area, too…they bred the honeycrisp there.

There is Enki micro brewery in Victoria, a little east just off Hwy 5 is the Arboretum Apple house, Zestar’s and Sweetango on hand.

    Thanks!
Went to the Winery on the north end of the lake tonight…great time tasting! I sang a few songs and got a free bottle!
We have a big dinner at Lolas tomorrow night at 5 PM which is going to screw up a nice fishing offer I had… I like rural areas and Waconia looks like a bass bonanza to me. Watched a guy working the tulies on the north end tonight with a spinnerbait…Drove me crazy not being out there!

But I do have an addiction…FISHING!!!

I need to come back here and look up some of my IDO buddies and put the hammer down on some bass…of course the walleyes are the next target in about 8 weeks 0n P-4!!!
