First, thanks to everyone that called, emailed and sent well wishes while I was in the hospital. The thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. For those that like to get right to the heart of the matter… I’m on the mend and doing well. Docs expect I’ll be back to 100% in a couple of weeks.

The mend is a good place to be.

A burst appendix can be a real serious affair as you found out. Thank God a person has only one.

Good news! You better get healthy before the big Walleye bite on Pool 2 starts.

Now back to starting a political thread where I insult other IDO members.

Good to hear James. Get strong enough so you can Set the Hook on a few lunkers.

Great to hear your alright James, hope you continue on your path to recovery. Despite the doctors orders I have always maintained that a day out fishing is the best way to recover from whatever is ailing you, I swear it works! My girlfriend on the other hand surprisingly doesn’t buy it…

Glad you are on the mend. Now the important part, how good was the fishing you missed or did they go? Going back after the kings in 2 weeks?
