Place to eat while on the river?

    Is there any restaurants that have a harbor or near a harbor on the no. end Pepin,? Also what is the place in Redwing on the island?

    The place on the river just across from Red Wing is called the Harbor Bar and Grill. They have great hamburgers and fries. There is also a place on the back channel called Mr. Sippi but I don’t know if its just a bar or if they serve food too. Thanks, Bill

    Mr.Sippi’s does not have a grill. You can only get pizza there.
    The Harbor has excellent food. If you are down by Maiden Rock check out Olie’s Bar. The food there is first class.

    I enjoy the Pickle Factory in Pepin, which is just north of the big public access. They have a full menu with great sandwiches, decent cuts of meat, etc.

    And there’s Slippery’s down in Wabasha above the big bridge. Good food and VERY cold AC for those hot summer days!
