    Silicone spray. It is a dry lubricant and does not attract dirt.

    3X on the Silicone spray. The thing about silicone is that it does not solubilize (wash off) with water. We have some on our floor at work that has to be sand blasted to be removed. Silicone also works pretty good on fishing/fly line.
