    X2 I just built a garage with 10′ doors, shoulda went 12’… for those late night back ins I went 28 deep and am happy with that, 17′ boat thoough

    Did not read every reply so this might be redundant…go with the greatest HEIGHT door you can. Normal doors are 7′. Some ‘Burbs and many trucks can’t get under that. Get at LEAST 8’ doors. Higher is better

    And make sure you add an ceiling box for ceiling fans above the boat and other stalls to dry it out when it is in the garage. I have 3 stalls and 3 fans. One over each stall to keep the floor dry in the winter as well.

    if you have room for the driveway to go around the back, I wouple set it up with doors on the front and back for the boat. Being able to drive straight through is great, no backing in.
