I have all the stone work done at our lake place I posted pics of but need to buy the wood stove. I’ve heard good things about Vermont Castings. The main floor has about 1600 sq ft.
Any input on stoves would be great, thanks in advance!

I would take a look at the Blaze King woodstove. I sold these for many years and they are highly regarded by people who use them for a primary heat source in Alaska. They are the most efficient, largest capacity, longest burning. They will hold up to 90 lbs of wood and will burn up to 40 hrs with their thermostatic control on a low setting. Most people with only fill them once a day unless being run on high all the time. They produce very even heat without having to continually fiddle with them. They eliminate alot of the disadvantages of woodburning.
