That’s great. Now, if you do it in the left lane, it’s not so great.

The only roundabout rule that matters —
” If somebody is in the round about —- DON’T GO … I see this rule violated quite a bit on a daily basis… ”
So if someone on my right enters the round about I have to wait until he goes 3/4 of the way to exit before I can enter?

For all practical purposes they make sense, keep traffic moving and tend to cause fewer accidents along with costs thousands less in the long run with reduced maintenance.
That Said, now we need to Educate the American People how to properly drive them while many know how to drive them already.
And we need to educate city planners where they make sense. Between York and France by the Target in Edina there are 3! You can’t tell me that is some how saving costs. Besides the cost of materials they have to spend money to make a pretty garden in the middle.

Full road, empty road, I like to drive vehicles fast often. I’m bored stiff with speed limits. Speed limits are for when I’ve had a few drinks. Boats, quads, sleds cars, whatever. With any luck and some fast driving I should be on a quad in about 3 hours.
Yep, your a idiot.
Have a good weekend everybody. I’m signing off.

I am with you Suzuki. People who are driving slow…
A.) Are oblivious to their surroundings
B.) Don’t understand the rules to driving
C.) Are trying to urine you off on purpose because they feel entitledAll of the above are dangerous and can lead to accidents.
I have to drive slow in the left lane because it’s easier for me to steer with my knee while I’m eating a cheesburger, having a smoke, and talking on the phone.
Doing it any other way would be unsafe.

LOL, Let the entitlements begin! I thought hippie’s were born to break the rules.
Round abouts are much better than 4 way stops when people learn the proper way to use them. They are much more common that 4 way stops in most of Australia and after spending time there I was amazed how great they work. The trick is to never stop—if there is someone coming just tap your brakes and slide in right behind them. The volume of traffic they can safely move is amazing when everyone does this.
What drives me nuts are drivers who stay back 3 or 4 car lengths when going 10 mph and others keep diving in front of this idiot. They don’t seem to get it and keep slowing down to keep their distance.
Roundabouts are Ok with me IF the DOT would build them big enough. We have one down here that is in town on a State highway. You can’t go around it with your boat trailer without running over the center part. Semi’s love it.
Those roundabouts I spoke of, 2 of them replaced 3 way stops. Actually, it was one way stop signs for people coming out of parking lots.
Being punctual is something i take pride in…with that said, i leave early and never go more than 3.5-4.5 mph over the limit.
I hate when people are within 2 car lenghts, 3 car lengths really makes me mad when i’m pulling the boat.
I like to keep several car lengths between me and the vehicle in front of me – less use of the breaks.
Not a fan of the lonely drivers that must tailgate someone.
Don’t get behind me, i set my cruise and leave it and have also been known to slam on the breaks when you get too close assuming i don’t have the boat behind me.
Just because i have insurance doesn’t mean i want to pay the deductable. Drive safe.
Earlier this year while driving on the freeway during heavy snowfall, this truck tailed me for a good while. I guess he got tired of me driving 5 under the speed limit he tried to pass me and slams into the guard rail. He swerved back and almost hit me..That was too close!

That all sounds great as long as it doesn’t take place in the left lane.
I want a neon sign on my tailgate that says “move to the right, idiot!!”

No problems here.
