    Walked the pup along the river in Stillwater yesterday morning. Saw a lot of this gelatinous stuff clinging to the concrete posts after the water’s gone down. Never saw this b4, anybody have a hint as to what it is? I’m guessing it’s some sort of an egg sack jerr
