Black Flies

    I’m leaving for a 4 day smallmouth/muskie excursion to the Park Falls WI region. June is notorious for black flies. Does anone out there have any slick ideas on how to repel them? I’m hearing that sprays with DEET are somewhat helpful.

    Lubriderm hand lotion, with SPF 15.

    Works great all around!!!

    Honestly, it keeps the flys off, and it does help with fish attractant………..plus sun block and keeps the hands from getting chapped…….
