Navionics was 10 bucks or so when I bought it. Its worth every penny! Lots of lakes have 1′ increments. I use it a lot for scouting before I hit a lake. Speed is decently accurate. Only problem I have with it is my phone wants to sleep. Every time it sleeps it takes 10 seconds or so to re-acquire location, direction of travel and speed.

You can turn the sleep option off when on the lake

Navionics for lake mapping $9.99, I use Mapquest for Raod, voice guided navigation for free.

Gasbuddy for finding the best gas prices.
