How long does the turnaround usually take when you send in a rod for warranty? They received my broken avid last Tuesday and I did the upgrade plan to get a different model. I figured I’d have my new rod by last weekend since there was no fix involved. Hoped they’d send the new one out right away. Thanks

not sure what rod you’re waiting for but this year I purchased a 6’10” med-light extra fast legend tournament series and its easily the best rod I’ve ever owned. Used it rigging on mille lacs over the weekend and couldn’t have been happier with it. Hope yours comes soon

Usually it is a week or less turnaround but they might be busier this time of year. I just sent out a rod on 6/14 and received a replacement on 6/25 – so about 11 days from my doorstep and back.

Normally a week – 10 days. This season however many of the most common models have been on backorder. I would think they would have mentioned that if you upgraded? At least they do when I send in rods for customers.

Plan on 2 weeks. I sent one in a few weeks back, they shipped it back 2 weeks plus a day from when they received mine. No repairs on mine either. If you listen to the message on there phone system they make it sound like it is always 2 weeks.
Still love their service, top notch.
