I made this trailer for my son so he can go fishing on his own on the bike trail. I cut the material off an olds kids trailer. I painted the rims gold for some bling.

I’m not sure why the last pic is turned sideways, I’m on my phone.

Really cool idea and very well done. I remember riding my bike a couple miles to fish when I was young, trying to hold onto the rod, tackle box in the other, dropping stuff all the way.

That is a great idea. How about a net holder and a radio?

Love it. I too remember some pretty wicked wrecks carrying way too much stuff on my bike.

Pretty cool idea! When I grew up in Racine, WI. my dad bought me a garbage can with larger wheels (about 70 gallon maybe??). Not the whimpy plastic like todays’ junk. Anyways, it was the perfect trailer for the piers on lake MI. Rod holders mounted all the way around, sleeping bag, lawn chair, 8×8 dip net, tackle bag, couple 5 gallon buckets,…and other necessities for living on the piers for a week at a time. Wish I had pics of that old cart!

I just had flashbacks to my childhood too! Wrist all bent up trying to hold the handle and the tackle box!! Fingers on the other hand all jacked up trying to hold the rod.. and buddies behind me purposely driving over my Crap after i dropped it! (and me doing the same to them!)

I would have loved that as a kid. I can’t count the number of times I have rode one handed with a 5 gallon bucket on the handle bars and rods in one hand with a duffle bag strapped over my shoulder to top it off.

Sweet outfit. Me and a couple of freinds used to ride about 6 miles to one place we fished. Pain in the trying to haul a minnow bucket with water and bait in it.
