    prosecuting lawyer. Having issues with siding and they don’t want to stand behind there product

    You’re better off in small claims court or you’re just going to give a bunch of money to a lawyer and it will drag on forever.

    May not be a bad idea just keep in mind Conciliation Court has a $10,000 limit in Minnesota. I would still talk with a lawyer about your case for advice about the laws that apply to the facts of your case.
