    Was out casting for walleye on a shallow flat last night when I saw this coming at us. I was thinking, what the hell is that? Turns out it was a huge carp with an arrow stuck in it. We tried to get it but she was still healthy and swimming good. One of the weirder things I have seen while fishing.

    Thought it was illegal to tag fish?? Maybe rough fish are exempt?
