Oaks and Oak wilt

    Am I ok to rip an oak out of the ground, roots and all without needing to be concerned about oak wilt?

    I have a few smaller one that I would like to remove with a back hoe.

    No problem on total removal. It’s trimming you don’t want to do this time of year.

    Just make sure as you are ripping it out you don’t accidentally damage an existing oak.
