I cant see how it would be possible. The cable goes from the foot control to the motor

Nothing like that on the market from them… Or anyone that I’m aware of.

No sir. But with a little electronic know-how I am positive someone could rig something up to pull the cable remotely. Probably a long ways out since electronic turning is what they (the mfgs) really want to push.

It would defeat the purpose of having a cable drive. People run cable to have the instant response. Not the delay that the electronic has.

I have one and it is run with my voice. Sometimes she gets a little pissy about it but she learned fast. Also found that there is one week of the month it don’t work at all so I run it then.

There is a fishermen on crappie.com ( do a search ) that is building his own remote and drive system, along with Ipilot to power the pedal so he still retains his cable but gives him remote capabilities, and of course AP. So far sounds like he has less then a couple hundred bucks in the whole setup.
