2013 Crappie Spawn

    How’s the crappie spawn looking in southern Minnesota? Here in eastern Iowa, (Cedar Rapids area) some are still up shallow and some have started to move out. My dad and I are headed up to the cabin near Faribault for a father’s day weekend of fishing. Haven’t been up there since ice-out, so any reports would be greatly appreciated!

    Don’t know if this will help but up here on Osakis the Crappies we caught were on the beds but were full of eggs water temp 62 degrees.
