    I filled out the customer service form on the Rapala site yesterday and 10AM this morning I received a call from Chris at Rapala. They want the broken parts back for testing and are replacing them. They asked me if I wanted a shirt or cap to cover my shipping. I told Chris I was very impressed with their concern and turnaround time. I will be telling all my fishing friends. Great job Rapala.

    Excellent to hear a good customer service report. I had much the same experience when I contacted them about a specific color Shad Rap. They called me and told me the specific color had been discontinued but they took the time to look up the stores in my area they had shipped that color to in the last 6 months. It was a lot more than I expected and because of their effort I was able to pick up several.
